بعد ذلك سننطلق بشكل مباشر بنموذج من احد المشاريع علي برنامج الPRIMAVERA و بنتعلم كيفه ربطه بالبرنامج و لكن عن طريق ال EXCEL .

و حرصا علي وقت المتدربين سنتعلم استخدام العديد من  الادوات و المهارات بالتطبيق العملي علي المشروع بشكل اساسي  و من ضمنها علي سبيل المثال و ليس الحصر  :
